Refund policy

Limited Warranty

All GolfHeadcovers.ca products are covered by a one‑year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge, with valid proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or breakage
  • Products purchased from non‑authorized or discount retailers

To assess warranty eligibility, we may request that the item be sent to us for inspection. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on items returned for evaluation. In some cases, photos of the damaged product may be sufficient for quality‑control review.

 

Website Purchase Return Policy

If you purchased an item directly from golfheadcovers.ca, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. 

Please note that original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. To help reduce this expense, we offer a flat‑rate return shipping label for $11. This fee is waived if you choose to exchange your item or keep at least one item from your order.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@golfheadcovers.ca your order number and the reason for your return.
    • If you believe your item qualifies under our warranty, please include details and photos if possible.
  2. We will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Please keep and use the original packaging whenever possible.
  4. Return the item using a courier that provides a tracking number. 

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
